Affiliate Terms
These terms apply when you share a referral link for Outduel and earn commission from the players you bring in. They add to the Terms of Service and Player Policy between you and Mosco Holdings LLC, the operator of Outduel. Using your referral link or claiming commission means you accept them.
1. How referrals work
- Every account gets a referral link. A player is attributed to you once, when they create their account through your link, and that attribution doesn't change later.
- A referred player counts toward your earnings only after they have deposited the qualifying amount shown on your affiliate dashboard. Play credit doesn't count.
2. What you earn
- Revenue share: a percentage of the house rake from every wagered bout your referred players finish, whether they win or lose. Your rate depends on your tier (based on how many of your referred players finished a wagered bout in the last 30 days) or on a custom rate we agree with you in writing.
- Sub-affiliate share: if someone you referred becomes an affiliate, you may earn a smaller share of the rake from the players they refer.
- CPA bounty: where offered, a one-time amount once a referred player has wagered the amount shown on your dashboard.
Commission is always a share of rake the house actually kept, so you never earn from a player's losses directly, and bouts that are refunded or voided earn nothing. The current rates, tiers, bounty, qualifying deposit, and hold period are shown on your affiliate dashboard. We may change them at any time; changes apply only to bouts settled after the change, and commission already earned is never recalculated.
3. Claiming commission
New commission is held for a short review period (shown on your dashboard) to catch fraud. After that you can claim it into your Outduel balance, where it's withdrawable like winnings. We may extend the hold, or withhold commission, while we investigate suspected abuse.
4. What's not allowed
- Self-referral: referring yourself, your alts, or accounts you control. Referred players seen on your device or network are flagged and earn nothing.
- Fake or incentivized sign-ups: bots, bought traffic of fake users, or paying people to sign up and wager.
- Misleading promotion: promising guaranteed winnings, calling Outduel risk-free, misrepresenting the Service, or implying you are Outduel or Mosco Holdings.
- Promoting to people who can't play: anyone under 18, or people in places where the Service isn't allowed.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, or ads that break the rules of the platform they run on.
- Brand bidding: bidding on "Outduel" or "outduel.fun" in search ads, or registering domains or social handles that contain them, without our written permission.
Commission earned through any of these is void. We may also remove you from the program, reclaim commission already paid from your balance, and apply penalties under the Player Policy.
5. Bans
If you are banned, you stop earning and unclaimed commission isn't paid; any balance you hold is handled as described in Bans and seizures. You don't earn commission from players who are banned.
6. Disclosure and taxes
When you promote Outduel, clearly disclose that you earn commission, as advertising law (such as the FTC's endorsement guides in the U.S.) requires. You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent, or partner, and you are responsible for any taxes on your commission.
7. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms or end the affiliate program at any time. If we end it without cause, you may claim commission earned up to that point once its hold period ends. You may stop promoting Outduel at any time.
