Player Policy

Effective September 28, 2026 · Last updated September 28, 2026

Outduel only works if every bout is a fair fight between two real people trying to win. This policy sets the rules, explains how we enforce them, and describes exactly what happens to your money if you're banned. It is part of the Terms of Service between you and Mosco Holdings LLC, the operator of Outduel.

The rules, in one breath.

1. Play fair

No cheating

You may not gain, or try to gain, an unfair advantage. That includes:

Always try to win

One person, one account

Money

Respect other players and our staff

2. Wagers are final

Once you are matched, the bout is on. The game server decides the result, and that result stands. We don't reverse losses for disconnects, lag on your end, closed tabs, missed ready checks, misclicks, or regret. The bout rules shown in the game (forfeits for leaving, the ready timer, and so on) apply to every wagered bout. Stakes are returned only in the cases listed in section 6.3 of the Terms of Service: draws, cancellations, no-shows, bouts with no result after 30 minutes, and bouts we void.

3. How we detect cheating

The game server runs every bout and never trusts the client. Every bout is also scored by automated anti-cheat checks that look for bots, macros, automation, superhuman reaction times, and thrown fights. We also look at accounts that share devices, networks, and wallets, and at betting patterns between the same players.

4. Penalties

Depending on how serious the violation is, and on your history, we may:

Cheating, automation, collusion, match fixing, chip dumping, fraud, and ban evasion normally lead to a permanent ban and forfeiture of the balance.

5. What a ban covers

A ban applies to the person, not just the username. When we ban an account, we also ban:

New sign-ups from a banned IP address or device are refused. Any other account seen using a banned device or wallet is banned automatically for ban evasion. Accounts on a banned IP address can't sign in or play while that ban lasts; this can occasionally affect people on a shared network, and if it affects you, contact support.

A banned account can still sign in, but only to see the ban notice, its reason, and its ban ID.

6. Bans and seizures: what happens to your money

When an account is banned, these steps happen straight away, in this order:

  1. Live bouts are voided. Any bout the banned player is in, or that is held for review, is voided and both players get their stakes back. The honest opponent is made whole and doesn't lose anything because of the ban.
  2. Pending withdrawals are cancelled. Withdrawals that haven't been sent to the blockchain yet are cancelled and returned to the balance. (Withdrawals already broadcast on chain can't be recalled.)
  3. The balance is seized. The account's entire balance, including those returned stakes and withdrawals, is moved into a seizure. Seized funds are held by Mosco Holdings LLC and can't be wagered, withdrawn, or transferred.

Then one of two things happens:

If…Then…
the ban is lifted (for example, you win an appeal) or expires within 60 days of the seizurethe full seized amount is returned to your balance automatically.
the ban is still in force 60 days after the seizurethe seized amount is forfeited to Mosco Holdings LLC. You no longer have any claim to it.

A few more points:

7. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email support@outduel.fun from the email on your account (or tell us the username), and include your ban ID and any information you'd like us to consider. Please appeal within 60 days of the ban, while your balance is still held; after that it is forfeited.

8. Reporting

If you believe an opponent cheated, harassed you, or broke these rules, email support@outduel.fun with the opponent's username, the approximate time of the bout, and what happened. We review every report. We can't always tell you the outcome, and false or malicious reports are themselves a violation of this policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as games and threats change. The version in force when a violation happened is the one we apply to it, and we'll post updates here with a new "Last updated" date.
