Responsible Play
Outduel is built to be fun: a straight fight between two players. Putting SOL on a bout makes it exciting, and it also means you can lose it. Mosco Holdings LLC, the operator of Outduel, wants you to keep it fun.
Play smart
- Only wager what you can afford to lose. Treat stakes as the cost of entertainment, not as a way to make money.
- Never chase losses. Moving up a stake tier to win back what you lost is how small losses become big ones.
- Set limits before you start: how much, and for how long. Stop when you hit them.
- Take breaks. Tired, tilted, or angry players lose more.
- Free play and practice are always there. You can play for no stake at all.
- Don't play with borrowed money, money meant for bills, or while impaired.
Warning signs
It may be time to stop if you:
- spend more time or money than you meant to;
- hide how much you play or wager from people close to you;
- feel anxious or irritable when you aren't playing;
- wager to escape problems or to win back losses; or
- have borrowed money or sold things to keep playing.
Take a break or close your account
If you want to stop, email support@outduel.fun from the email on your account (or tell us your username) and ask to self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Withdraw your withdrawable balance first, or ask us to help. We'll then close the account for that period and take reasonable steps to stop new accounts from being opened for you.
We won't lift a self-exclusion early. We may also limit an account ourselves if we're concerned about a player's wellbeing. A self-exclusion is not a ban for breaking the rules, and your withdrawable balance is never seized because you chose to stop.
